All investors bidding for shares in Polfa Warszawa - Actavis, Adamed, Arterium Corporation, Harbin Gloria Pharmaceuticals and Polpharma - submitted their improved offers today, 27 June 2011.

The adjustment, made at the request of Polski Holding Farmaceutyczny, included both the price offered and the content.

Evaluation of the adjusted bids will be followed by negotiations with selected investors.

The winning bidder will be announced in the fourth quarter of this year.
