The deadline for submitting binding bids for the acquisition of shares in Pabianickie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polfa S.A. expired yesterday, 15 October 2009.
Binding bids were submitted by all the “short-listed” investors who had conducted the due diligence.
Envelopes containing bids by three Polish pharmaceutical companies – Adamed, Polpharma and Polfarmex – and Italy’s pharmaceutical group Recordati were opened at noon.
